Must Have
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant digital transformation experience in a commercial set-up
- 5+ years of managerial experience,
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred,
- English proficient
- Based in CEE Region
Nice to Have
- Global experience with demonstrated success in understanding and interpreting cultural differences and change management,
- Knowledge of the global healthcare market,
- Visionary mindset,
- Proven ability to work in, and motivate cross-functional teams,
- Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers and industry,
- Skills in financial analysis, and forecasting.
