You will be responsible for the implementation of pricing processes and delivery of KPIs to successfully manage to function towards a best-in-class organization. Pricing Administrators enable the creation of a pricing culture through the standardization of tools, processes, and metrics in all business units, across geographies, in line with corporate strategy. Also, you will have a nice chance to work on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
A Day in the Life
• Understanding and execution of the processes applicable within the assigned geography.
• Frequent use of functional pricing tools: Vendavo, SAP, ServiceNow.
• Maintaining high-quality pricing data.
• Maintaining general controls over the integrity and security of all pricing and contract information.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with local and regional pricing contacts.
• Communicating with country and regional contacts for any process-related information.
Must Haves
• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Spoken and written fluency in English and Italian at least B2 level
• Ability to learn new applications/software systems
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Curiosity, proactivity, and passion for implementing new solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication
• Excellent organization skills and time management
Nice to Haves
• Professional experience in a corporate environment (internships, regular employment)
• Work experience within a Financial Shared Services Environment / Credit Collection or a Process Maintenance related field
• SAP or similar ERP software knowledge
