Senior Manufacturing Supervisor- 2nd shift
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to Have
•Available for second shift position, working 4 ten hour days, Monday through Thursday
•3+ years in a supervisory role with consideration for knowledge of tissue processing operations
•A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in tissue banking, surgical technician, nursing, or production experience in a sterile environment with a pharmaceutical or medical device company preferred.
•Knowledge of Federal Drug Association(FDA)/Good manufacturing Practices(GMP) device and/or pharmaceutical regulations.
•Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP’s) and the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) requirements.
•Experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Proficient in SAP
•Proficient in Minitab
•Experience in Lean Manufacturing (Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving, A3, DMAIC)
•Understanding and practice in principles of aseptic techniques and universal precautions
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Coaching skills with ability to motivate and influence a team
