Principal Paralegal
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of paralegal experience with a bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of paralegal experience with an advanced degree
- Experience working with moderate-to-complex agreements, solid understanding of general contract terms and conditions
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts relating to information technology, cloud and hosted solutions
- Paralegal certificate
- Experience with data privacy and security
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (written and verbal)
- Integrity and strong ethical character
- Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion – professional presentation
- Prioritizes workload and manages internal and external client expectations to execute on critical priorities
- Ability to successfully navigate within a highly matrixed organization
- Strong conflict resolution and influence skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks on-going
- Ability to problem solve across many stakeholders
- Experience with change and influence management
- Builds relationships and maintains strong communication with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated organizational skills and highly detail and process oriented
- Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration skills internal and externally professionally representing Medtronic in every interaction
- Experience with contract management lifecycle systems
- Advanced keyboarding skills
