BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- JD and licensed to practice law
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 10+ years practicing law with at least 6 years of law firm experience
KNOWLEDGE/SPECIALIZED SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience with M&A and minority investments transactions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge in diverse legal fields, including, for example, corporate, securities, SEC, contract tax, and antitrust and exposure to related international law
- Exceptional ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
- Understanding of financial statements and business projections.
- Ability to manage numerous complex projects.
