BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of administrative and office-related experience at progressive levels
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience making travel arrangements, including international travel
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Workday experience
- Demonstrated complex problem solving skills
- Flexible and agile in a constantly changing environment
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to interact effectively with senior level executives both internally and externally

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Outlook and WebEx
