Engineering Manager - Hardware/Software/Systems
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have- B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
- 5+ years of medical device experience in R&D with software/hardware/systems focus (3+ years with advanced degree)
- 3+ years of progressive technical leadership experience with specific experience leading hardware and/or embedded software teams with a strong appreciation for how the functions interrelate
- 3+ years and thorough understanding of structured product development, design controls, quality systems and regulations for medical device design and manufacturing including ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and IEC 62304
- Experience successfully developing 510k or PMA medical devices from concept to launch, including fielded product support and associated concerns
- Strong understanding of hardware and software requirements and development for capital equipment including software development tools/platforms/languages as well as analog, RF, and digital hardware design including schematic capture, layout, build, and test
- Technically savvy; must be able to discuss, understand and make decisions regarding a wide array of engineering disciplines and complex technical issues.
- Effective communications skills and ability to work cooperatively with others as part of a team.
