Customer Service Representative with German

A Day in the Life
•    Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
•    Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal stakeholders via Outlook or SAP CIC.
•    Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
•    Tracing shipments, interacting with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries take place.
•    Providing customers with information about their deliveries.
•    Sending documentation (delivery notes, proof of deliveries, invoices) to the customers.

Must Haves
•    Spoken and written proficiency in German and English is a must (minimum B2 or equivalent)
•    Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools
•    Detailed-oriented and quality-focused
•    Adapting well to dynamic work environment
•    Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
•    Ability to work under time constraints

Nice to Haves
•    Experience in working on SAP (ECC, CIC)
•    Experience in the Customer Service area
