DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS
Autonomy: Seasoned individual contributor. Works
independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to
solutions. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level specialists; may manage
projects / processes.
Organizational Impact: May be responsible for
entire projects or processes within job area. Contributes to the completion of
work group objectives, through building relationships and consensus to reach
agreements on assignments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
·
Master’s degree in relevant functional area
·
Excellent in English
·
JOB EXPERIENCE
·
3-5+ years as consultant from a top tier consulting firm or high end
healthcare consulting firm (at least senior manager level)
·
Extensive experience in the healthcare environment and in dealing with
hospitals’ C-suite/Sr. Management/stakeholders
·
Strong and demonstrable program management skills: planning &
coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving
milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
·
Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development
through detailed implementation and results delivery
·
Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments
preferably in Matrix
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- · Excellent generic consulting skills especially problem solving
- · Strong program management and change management skills
· Strong ability to develop and foster business relationships with
continuously changing stakeholders and confidence to build trust based
relationships with CEO’s

Thorough knowledge of the decision making process within hospitals
(physicians, C-suite, economic buyers)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to travel within region and within Italy (up to 80%)
