Associate Customer Service Specialist with French
Must Haves
- Spoken and written proficiency in French and English is a must (minimum B2 or equivalent);
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments;
- Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools;
- Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
- Team-player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex tasks with general supervision;
- Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
Nice to Haves
- Previous experience within an Export Service field;
- Previous experience in providing Customer Service for the French market;
- Experience in using SAP;
- Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA).
