Associate Customer Service Specialist with French

Must Haves

• Spoken and written proficiency in French and English is a must (minimum B2 or equivalent);
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments;
• Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools;
• Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
• Team-player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex tasks with general supervision;
• Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience within an Export Service field;
• Previous experience in providing Customer Service for the French market;
• Experience in using SAP;
• Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA).
