Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in driving continuous improvement OR Master’s Degree and 13+ years of progressive leadership experience in driving continuous improvement and business transformation.
• 5+ years working in a Manufacturing environment
• 10 years of managerial experience, which should include at least:
o 5+ years of Program Management experience
o 5+ years People Management experience
• Lean or Six Sigma training to Black Belt or higher
Nice to Have
Diverse industry background
Previous experience cascading a OpEx program and driving meaningful impact to the business 7+ years Program Management experience
7+ years People Management experience
History of increasing responsibility and leadership

• Solid coaching and mentoring competency
• Able to influence change and lead transformation
• Dynamic and engaging facilitation/training skills
