POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve the defined sales results for
the implantable products and other designated products by promoting and
selling to all stakeholders in the medical device chain
- Prospect new accounts and interact
with the existing ones implementing tactical plans aligned with Marketing,
Sales and Operation strategies
- Develop long-term relationship with
key opinion leaders in Spine Surgery
- Develop and execute the sales process
to achieve results for Public Market related to tenders and public
reimbursement.
- Support distribution channel market
development compliance with Medtronic Policies
- Interaction with other Business Units
to increase sales leverages and synergies foreseeing new opportunities
- Monitor competitor actions providing
information on pricing, products launch, special projects and sales
initiatives providing adequate report.
- Position the company as the leader in
the Spine market through Key Opinion Leaders, Medical Societies and centers
of reference in Spine surgery.
- Responsible for the whole sales
process such as credit analysis, commercial proposals, product supply,
procedures support, invoices and credit & collection and therefore to
practice professional and effective territory management in terms of
organization, administration, inventory management and expense planning
and control.
- Act compliance with Medtronic policies
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Complete degree in any area
- Intermediate proficiency in English
required (reading, writing and speaking)
- Experience in Spine Surgery business
preferred
- Complete degree in any area
