Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business administration, HR or related discipline.
- 4 -7 years related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual : Spanish - English

- Master’s degree
- Prior Talent Development experience in a global organization
- Prior HR Experience in a Manufacturing plant
- Project management experience
- Facilitation experience
- Change Management experience
- Prior experience working with global diverse teams
- Track record of success working in a highly matrixed global organization
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and synthesize complex information
- Fluent English skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion, as well as maintenance of confidentiality.
- Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement skill set.
- Demonstrated solid business judgment and ability to execute on a daily basis with a bias for action
- Strong consulting and contracting skills to effectively engage with HR leaders and their teams as well as business clients.
- Subject matter expertise in learning and development and performance management.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate a complex global organization.
- Experience with HR systems such as Cornerstone
