Sr Training - Dev Specialist

Must Have: Minimum Requirements 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business administration, HR or related discipline.

•      4 -7 years related experience
•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•      Bilingual :  Spanish - English

• Master’s degree
• Prior Talent Development experience in a global organization
• Prior HR Experience in a Manufacturing plant
• Project management experience
• Facilitation experience
• Change Management experience
• Prior experience working with global diverse teams
• Track record of success working in a highly matrixed global organization
•  Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and synthesize complex information
• Fluent English skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion, as well as maintenance of confidentiality.
• Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement skill set.
• Demonstrated solid business judgment and ability to execute on a daily basis with a bias for action
• Strong consulting and contracting skills to effectively engage with HR leaders and their teams as well as business clients.
• Subject matter expertise in learning and development and performance management.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate a complex global organization.
• Experience with HR systems such as Cornerstone
