Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and/or additional SFDC Certifications
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Tableau and SAP systems
• Strong project management and requirement documentation skills and experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and gather/align multiple groups and perspectives
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions
• Advanced understanding of databases and how to extract/analyze data 
• Previous work experience within the Life Sciences sector
