Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and/or additional SFDC Certifications
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Tableau and SAP systems
- Strong project management and requirement documentation skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and gather/align multiple groups and perspectives
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions
- Advanced understanding of databases and how to extract/analyze data
- Previous work experience within the Life Sciences sector
