BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Juris Doctor from nationally recognized Law School
 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
  • 10+ years of legal experience.
 REQUIRED SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A demonstrated capacity for collaboration and leadership
  • Experience counseling clients on health law compliance issues
  • Analytical risk identification, evaluation, and management experience

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience leading or directing the work of others
  • Experience in fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and its safe harbors and the Stark Law
  • Medical device industry experience
  • Familiarity or experience with payer, provider, and reimbursement issues
  • Understanding of value-based healthcare
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical thinking ability
  • Flexibility, adaptability, pragmatism, responsiveness and collegiality
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Superior common sense and judgment
  • Integrity and strong ethical center
  • Capable of inspiring trust and confidence of business partners
