Must Haves
- English Language Proficiency
- Strong communication skils and able to work collaboratively and proactively under general supervision.
- Results oriented with a strong sense of responsibilities and accountability
- Experienced in delivering on commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently in a global team within a fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves
- 4 -7 years IT experience in combination with a Bachelor Degree
- 2 -5 years IT experience in combination with a Master Degree
- Experience with determining HR business processes and requirements.
- Ability to work 1-2 days a week according alternative work schedule (evening shift) to allow for extended interaction and cooperation with US colleagues
- Ability to travel internationally 10% of the time
- Experience with ServiceNow system configurations, support and maintenance
