Must Haves
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 10+ years of healthcare (IT) experience.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build long term relationships
- Strong leadership, people management and influencing skills
Nice to Haves
- Strong communication skills, including communication with employees, clients, upper management, and vendors
- Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
- Solid business acumen Healthcare / Patient management background
- Affinity with Information Technology
- Able to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients, and vendors
- Able to create a high-performance culture and inspiring others to excel
- Proven knowledge and discipline around departmental budget planning and execution
- Willingness to travel, up to 25% to 50%, EMEA and occasionally US
