Sr Global Market Development Manager
Must
Have: Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree in related fields; Masters or other advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant market development experience in medical technology or healthcare sector required; other industry experience will be considered with exceptional performance
- Demonstration of continuous professional development
- Consistent record of “Achieves” or higher ranking on annual performance reviews
- Multiple professional references
- Knowledge of cross-functional roles & responsibilities, e.g. Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Operations, etc. and exceptional ability to work across a matrix organization
- Ability to collaborate and lead without direct authority in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment
- Experience analyzing complex healthcare markets, creating strategic plans and supporting execution/delivery
- Ability to inform and influence senior leadership decision-making as a Subject Matter Expert
- Proven experience interacting with primary (physicians, nurses, administrators) and secondary customers
- Ability to travel and engage directly within assigned region(s), frequently in clinical/patient care areas at least 30-50% of the time
- Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills, especially through formal presentations
- Direct international &/or regional experience outside of North America; multi-lingual proficiency preferred
