Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required in a science technical field, including but not limited to: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene and/or Safety.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant EHS Governmental Compliance experience within Manufacturing / R&D setting, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant EHS Governmental Compliance experience within Manufacturing / R&D setting.
Nice to Have
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following skills, experiences, and certifications:
- Experience with EHS management systems and risk assessment.
- Professional certification or certification eligible (CSP, CIH, CHMM).
- Experience implementing an ionizing radiation exposure monitoring program.
- Experience supporting remote employees and/or field sales.
- Laboratory safety and chemical hygiene knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of machine safeguarding and LOTO requirements.
- Knowledge of metal machining, additive manufacturing, and laser systems.
- Environmental sustainability knowledge.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
