We all play an important role to support the Mission in Medtronic and we need the best colleague on board to help us achieving the Mission.

 

Must Haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Social Science, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in dashboard development using Tableau or similar data visualization software
  • Recent experience (2+ years) using Tableau, with demonstrated deep knowledge of Tableau’s complete menu of functionality
  • Demonstrated experience translating a question into a visualization, which provides insight and answers to the question
  • Previous work experience with human resources and talent data, answering the questions leaders pose to their HR partner

 

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated understanding of data analysis and modeling
  • Experience with data organization, storage, and management, including principles in SAP HANA, relational databases, and other similar technologies
  • Previous experience with Workday and Taleo HR systems
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptability and agility needed to comfortably respond to changes in priorities
  • Ability to establish rapport and collaborate with users at all levels within an organization
