Senior Tableau Developer
We all play an important
role to support the Mission in Medtronic and we need the best colleague on
board to help us achieving the Mission.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Mathematics/Statistics, Social Science, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in dashboard development using
Tableau or similar data visualization software
- Recent experience (2+ years) using Tableau, with
demonstrated deep knowledge of Tableau’s complete menu of functionality
- Demonstrated experience translating a question into a
visualization, which provides insight and answers to the question
- Previous work experience with human resources and
talent data, answering the questions leaders pose to their HR partner
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrated understanding of data analysis and
modeling
- Experience with data organization, storage, and
management, including principles in SAP HANA, relational databases, and
other similar technologies
- Previous experience with Workday and Taleo HR systems
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration
skills
- Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree
of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently
and within established timeframes
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to work
on multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability and agility needed to comfortably respond
to changes in priorities
- Ability to establish rapport and collaborate with users
at all levels within an organization
