Must Haves
- University degree in a business relevant discipline.
- Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry including 4+ years of Remote Sales or Key Account experience.
- Experience with customer relationship management software and SAP.
- Strong “remote” communication and selling skills accompanied with presentation / communication skills over the phone & ability to track and close deals with customers.
- Skill and knowledge to sell SOAP (sell only available products) and thus can offer alternative products and solutions.
- Strong commercial successful record, understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities and achievement drive to deal closures.
- Consultative interaction skills with customers, prospective customers and fellow employees.
- Understand the procedures and the portfolio value offering to ensure we sell the full range.
- Strong analytical skills to understand purchase trends to access potential (based on segmentations and procedure types and volumes) and to drive sales of selected products at new and current accounts.
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel (max up to 20%) to selected accounts
