Senior Product Manager
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 years in Product Management in Medical field. Diabetes experience an advantage
- A tertiary Medical, Science or business qualification
- Post-graduate qualifications in marketing or business areas or equivalent experience an advantage
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including effective negotiation/influencing and presentation skills
- A high level of confidence
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Willingness to learn, seeking continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and techniques
- Ability to quickly establish credibility with customers and field force
- Good organization and time management skills, including working independently and unsupervised, able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
- Must be able to travel independently to various Medtronic buildings/sites.
- Some out of hours work will be required
- Must be able to frequently travel domestically and internationally (10%)
