Senior Principal Salesforce Development Lead
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
• Strongly Preferred:
o 5+ years of Salesforce development and prior software development industry experience with hands-on programming knowledge
o Current certification as Salesforce Administrator and Developer
o Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, SOQL and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Lightning Web Components
• Experience delivering Portals/Communities on the Community Cloud platform
• Proven experience in Software Development Life Cycle, working with an onshore/offshore model
• Experience in Agile development methodology, Developer Driven Testing, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration, using tools like Git, Jenkins, Gearset and/or Copado
• Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Healthcare industry
• Proven program delivery using Agile Scrum project delivery methodology
• Previous Medtronic experience
• Preference given to current Medtronic employees
