Senior Digital Product Manager - Quality
At Medtronic Diabetes, we are looking for a passionate, high-energy, strategic-minded Senior Digital Product Manager for Quality function.

As a Senior Digital Product Manager – Quality you will:
- Specialize in analyzing, designing, prioritizing and implementing a set of digital products, platforms and/or services to support business capabilities related to quality management systems, manufacturing quality, post market quality events, and other quality enabled processes
- Leverages understanding of business strategy and needs to create a vision and roadmap for digital products, platforms and/or services.
- Ensures technologies add value and can scale Medtronic’s use of a given digital solution across various businesses, regions and functions.
- Lead global digital transformation programs from the development of the initial business case, evaluation of project feasibility, through commercialization following Medtronic’s global commercialization process.
- Partner with various regional and global functions to identify unmet needs and translate into digital product / capabilities as it relates to digital quality management and QMS tools
- Develop roadmaps aligned to the value stream concept and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop value stream mapping, conduct current state, future state and fit/gap analysis and propose solutions to mature business capabilities
- Work with other functions to finalize product requirements, resourcing, roadmap, timelines, and development.
- Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare (i.e., medical device, pharma, or biotech) or regulated industry
- Experience in strategy or management consulting
- Solid grounding in business processes such as CAPA management, supplier quality, design quality, complaint handling, regulatory reporting and validation process.
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP, Trackwise, Smartsolve and other QMS tools and how they are used in product manufacturing and quality management processes
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) proficiency.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of key drivers of success.
- Proficiency in lean six sigma principles like SIPOC, 5-Y, DMAIC and value stream mapping
- Demonstrated success in business partnering initiatives across commercial, functional teams and cross functional teams.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization and build trust across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Well versed in regulatory concepts such as GMP, GDP and GCP including CFR Part 11, Part 820 regulations
- Ability to integrate and interpret disparate sources of data using broad range of analytical data tools. Incorporates use of statistical methodology and predictive modeling techniques.
- MBA or PM Certification

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
