IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 7 years’ experience OR a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in analysis and reporting (e.g., forecasting / budgeting / strategic planning & process)
Nice to Have:
- MBA
- Experience in public accounting
- Business Partner experience to senior leaders
- Experience creating written and oral presentations to senior leaders
- Expert in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including experience in excel with lookups and Pivots
- Experience creating financial models
- Experience in medical device/healthcare industry (e.g., practices, techniques and standards)
- Experience with marketing, finance and/or business operations
- Works and champions ideas at regional and global level
Influence – This position relies on a high degree of influence management skills with product marketing, global marketing organization, and operations
Analytical prowess/problem solving ability – Ability to analyze data from multiple sources, integrate this information and formulate impactful strategic and tactical plans to drive the business
Adaptive/responsive – Adapt and respond quickly to changing and new information. Takes initiative with a can-do attitude, driving results in complicated environments, and effectively operating and delivering with minimal direction
Communication skills – Demonstrate an ability to disseminate information in a concise and clear way. Proven ability to work effectively across a global matrix organization, including scoping and leading projects with cross-business unit teams
