JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the health care systems and the impact of initiatives to drive reimbursement and or coverage.
• Demonstrate experience leading high performing teams and effective talent development.
• Strong marketing competence and market & business development track record.
• Demonstrate experience with business planning analysis – strategic planning, etc.
JOB EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively expanding sales and marketing responsibilities, with consistent strong performance (sales leadership)/ Minimum of 5 years successful people management experience.
• Medical device industry experience.
• Knowledge of Neurovascular or Peripheral therapies would be a plus.
• Undergraduate degree required; Master or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of experience in coaching and developing a team.
• Medtronic leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in German and English.
