MUST HAVE - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales, contracts, training, clinical, marketing, customer/tech services, customer education, examples of formal/informal Leadership
NICE TO HAVE - DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years’ experience in health care sales (ie -medical devices, capital equipment, surgical sales or in-hospital pharmaceuticals)
- 3+ years in sales leadership experience
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results
- Documented sales success
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Strong communication, business planning, and presentation skills
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
- Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (ie., iPad, SalesForce.com, SAP)
- Knowledge &/or experience with hospital, cath lab, physician settings
- Experience driving sales of complex products over Remote technologies
