Principal Strategy & Portfolio Management Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline. 

• 7+ years combined experience in two or more of the following functions within the Healthcare industry (Med Device strongly preferred): Market Development, Strategic Marketing, Global Product or Upstream Marketing, Strategy & Portfolio Management, Finance, Project Management, Business Development & Licensing;  OR 5+ years of experience with Advanced Degree

• Experience in medical devices and/or healthcare industry.

• Experience in a high performing consulting, strategic planning, or finance environment, demanding a sophisticated approach to understanding strategic needs, financial/market models, competitive trends and business impact. 

• Hands-on proficiency with Excel macros, and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools (e.g., decision analysis software, Monte Carlo simulation, optimization).

• Strategic agility, structured thinking, and intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate complex concepts into actionable insights.

• Collaborative approach, familiarity with matrix organizations and how to successfully work cross-functionally. 

• Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative.
