Principal Strategy & Portfolio Management Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years combined experience in two or more of the following functions within the Healthcare industry (Med Device strongly preferred): Market Development, Strategic Marketing, Global Product or Upstream Marketing, Strategy & Portfolio Management, Finance, Project Management, Business Development & Licensing; OR 5+ years of experience with Advanced Degree
Experience in medical devices and/or healthcare industry.
Experience in a high performing consulting, strategic planning, or finance environment, demanding a sophisticated approach to understanding strategic needs, financial/market models, competitive trends and business impact.
Hands-on proficiency with Excel macros, and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools (e.g., decision analysis software, Monte Carlo simulation, optimization).
Strategic agility, structured thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
Collaborative approach, familiarity with matrix organizations and how to successfully work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative.
