KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree level 8 Qualification within a HR discipline; with 7+ years HR experience
• Previous experience with a fast-paced, change-orientated multi-national organization
• Experience in building strong working relationship with functional colleagues and customer groups
• Strong communication and influencing skills demonstrated by communicating with senior internal & external customers, and influencing decision making
