Principal Medical Affairs Specialist VNM

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology. Equivalent business or clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years successful sales and marketing experience with MITG or secondary related medical device industry preferred. Medical Education experience highly desirable.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
• Ability to meet deadlines, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple, complex tasks, ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Strong presentation and planning skills
• Strong analytical skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Requires travel on routine basis (> 60% of time.)
• Frequent travel time in own car to meet HCPs in Hospitals (>70% of time)
• Requires to work on weekend workshop courses

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:

The CEM/CES reports to the Head of PACE and Clinical Specialist/Manager will work closely with Marketing, the local Sales Team, R&D Team, national and local thought leaders, local and national societies, and other strategic hospitals.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Key element is flexibility and ability to work independently. Travel associated with this position; requires air travel on routine basis (up to 60% of time.), frequent travel time in own car to clients. Some weekend travel to labs or courses.
