Principal HR Generalist
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field.
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience in HR or related field.
- MBA with HR specialization.
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in HR or related field
- Experience in a medical device or related industry
- Successful track record as an HR Business Partner and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others.
- Results oriented; ability to prioritize rapidly; strong problem solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer skills in database, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software.
- Effective in interactions at all levels of the company.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills.
- Facilitation skills - group and individual, training, team development, conflict resolution.
- Effective in developing communication strategies and executing them within the organization.
- Must have a high sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow through.
