- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of combined Human Resources and Project Management experience, OR an advanced degree and 5+ years of combined Human Resources and Project Management experience
- Experience in manufacturing preferred, and/or other business that operates 24/7.
- Experience working in a diverse, fast-paced business with evolving priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to effectively communicate with an employee population comprised of 500+ employees and contingent labor.
- Well-rounded Generalist background with in-depth knowledge of all functional areas of HR.
