Prin Materials Engineer
• 7-10 years in a R&D, high tech manufacturing and product/process development environment in a laboratory or production environment
• Materials Laboratory experimentation, hands on testing
• Preferred experience in metallurgy, joining technologies, interconnect, and miniaturization assembly methods.
• Preferred working knowledge and experience with Project Management, Lean, Design for Six Sigma, Design for Manufacturing and Reliability (DRM), DOE, SPC, GR&R, process FMEA, validation/qualification, traceability, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of basic PC programs (WORD, Excel, Power Point, and basic documentation systems).
• The individual should be a self-starter, innovative, resourceful, work with minimal direction, and should have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills, oral and written communication skills, and teaming skills.
