Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience

Bachelor's Degree is required



Main Job Requirements:

 

  • Strong Leader, able to engage, motivate and drive teams to excel on their performance, influencing the organization to maximize the value out of the function 
  • Has multi-year Strategic and Operational Pricing experience in Healthcare environment. Preferably devices/consultancy environment. International experience mandatory 
  • Has the ability to inspire, motivate, develop and lead a large multicultural group of employees across such a diverse region such APAC 
  • Is an exceptional internal and external communicator and influencer 
  • Ability to dedicate up to 50% of his time to travel within geographies 
  • Multiple languages relevant to geography are an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills, able to generate key information, data and insight from disparate sources, able to make decisions based on limited information
