Main Job Requirements:
- Strong Leader, able to engage, motivate and drive teams to excel on their performance, influencing the organization to maximize the value out of the function
- Has multi-year Strategic and Operational Pricing experience in Healthcare environment. Preferably devices/consultancy environment. International experience mandatory
- Has the ability to inspire, motivate, develop and lead a large multicultural group of employees across such a diverse region such APAC
- Is an exceptional internal and external communicator and influencer
- Ability to dedicate up to 50% of his time to travel within geographies
- Multiple
languages relevant to geography are an advantage
- Global thinker with sensitivity to local cultures and differences
- Change agent; people management, relationships / team work, communication & Influencing skills
- Strategic thinking & Business acumen
- Execution, results orientation & decision making
- Innovation,
proactive leadership, can-do attitude and risk taker
Technical Skills:
- Desired knowledge
and application of value based pricing
- Strong analytical skills, able to
generate key information, data and insight from disparate sources, able to
make decisions based on limited information
