• Additional years of successful sales or account management experience
• Knowledge of the medical device business and healthcare environment
• Strong phone presence, great soft skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully and appropriately interact with customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to present sales or customer data
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work with the most recent technology and communication tools (iPhones, iPads, tablets, communication apps)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and systems (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
