  • An understanding of the codes under which we operate, for example
    • Medtronic’s Business Conduct Standards, Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy
    • Industry code of practice (e.g. MTAA in Australia)
  • Sound working knowledge of EEO and anti-discrimination legislation and principles.
  • Sound working knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) / Risk Management / Workers Compensation legislation and Principles.
 
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • At least 5 years total work experience in the Health Care or Consumer Goods industries.
  • At least 2 years Product / Brand Management or Market Development experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Australian Neurology / Neurosurgical market an advantage.
  • Pharma / clinical / surgical sales experience an advantage.
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A relevant Healthcare, Science, Bio-Med or Business qualification.
  • MBA an advantage
