Must Haves
- You hold a Law Dregree and at least 10 years practice either in private practice or in house.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the clinical and regulatory environment in Europe within the Life Sciences industry.
- You have knowledge of Europen clinical trials legislation, Medical Device Directive and Regulations, and understanding of the application of the regulatory framework for medical devices within Europe.
Competencies & skills

Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, ability to translate complex legal language to be understood by a variety of stakeholders.

Ability to communicate with senior leadership in a concise and enganging manner, using communication to influence and train.

Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across the US and EMEA, to listen and find solutions.

Ability to co-ordinate and project manage across the team's activities.
-
Ability to coach and support further development of the CoE team members.
-
Ability to perform investigative interviews as required in the clinical space.
