BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Juris Doctor
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of legal or compliance experience
REQUIRED SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience counseling clients on health law compliance issues.
- Experience in fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and its safe harbors and the Stark Law
- Analytical risk identification, evaluation, and management experience
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical device industry experience
- Familiarity or experience with payer, provider, and reimbursement issues
- Understanding of value-based healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical thinking ability
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Superior common sense and judgment
- Integrity and strong ethical center
- Capable of inspiring trust and confidence of business partners
