Must Have:
- Experience as an in-house lawyer or specialising in corporate and commercial law within a private practice firm.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a global matrix organisation across geographic and functional boundaries.
- A strong work ethic and an exceptional customer service focus
- The ability to multi-task and manage complexity
- A solution focused approach
- The ability to work within a team or independently unsupervised
- Self-awareness – Confident, resilient, persistent and self-motivated, yet flexible and comfortable with fast paced and changing environments
- An energetic, outgoing and friendly and team-oriented approach
- Good attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS office Software
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Hold Australian or New Zealand Law degree and must have been admitted to NSW roll of legal practitioners and eligible to hold a NSW practicing certificate.
