Legal and Compliance Counsel Poland and Baltics

• Strong academic credentials and degree from recognized law school.
• Qualified legal advisor (Polish “radca prawny”).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in health care / life sciences industry or in a top law firm.
• Polish mother tongue.
• Fluency in business/legal English (spoken and written).
• Excellent legal skills and commercial acumen.
• People management experience.
• Solid judgment and integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• People management skills/experience.
• Ability to work on various projects at same time; good priority setting skills.
• Positive and proactive approach, including driving processes in a complex environment.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and making decisions and taking leadership in such situations.
• Positive, ‘can-do’ approach, including driving processes in a complex environment. 
• Team player; able to “build to bridges” and  be “principled” at the same time.
