Legal and Compliance Counsel - Central Asia
MUST HAVES
Strong academic credentials and degree from a recognized law school in Kazakhstan
Fluency in business/ legal English, both in written and oral
Multi-national/multi-cultural experience
Minimum 3 - 4 years’ post internship legal practice in a top law firm and/ or an international company.
Industry experience (in medical devices or pharmaceuticals) highly desirable, but not essential.
OTHER SKILLS & Competencies:
Excellent legal skills and commercial acumen.
Solid judgment and integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with ease at different levels of hierarchy
Strong organizational and priority setting skills, being able to work on various projects at the same time.
Positive and proactive approach, including driving processes in a complex environment.
Team player; able to “build to bridges” and be “principled” at the same time.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills.
