Learning Experience Manager, ANZ
Must-Haves
- Completed bachelor’s degree with min 7 years of experience, or advanced degree with min 4 years’ experience
- Experience in vast group of commercial and functional teams preferably in the medical devices or alternatively in the other healthcare business such as pharma or hospital industry
- Strong record of achieving performance goals and project deliverables
- Proven ability to run projects across multiple functions & stakeholders identifying process improvements
- High level communications and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in a “team oriented” multi-cultural environment
- Motivated for self-development / improvement
Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.
