BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of IT Experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of IT Experience with a Master’s Degree
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with and leading Technical team members
Good understanding of SDLC and/or Agile project management methodology
Experience with organizing and communicating with global teams
Proven communication skills
Demonstrated experience in executive-level communications and messaging
Experience training and facilitating large disparate groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Working in a high pace environment and with aggressive project schedules
Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management
Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational activities
Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new applications and develop domain knowledge
Strong client facing and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
Passion to contribute to high-quality services and solutions
Team player comfortable to work in an international and culturally diverse team
Willing and able to travel on occasion (5-10%)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with ambiguity
Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude and perform as a team player.
