IT Business Systems Analyst
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience in job offered or a similar role.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, self-motivation, enthusiasm, positive attitude and perform as a team player.
- Analysis skillset and self-starter.
- Works in a methodical and detailed manner.
- Excellent communicative skills, especially in English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear words to non-technical stakeholders.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with customizing of SAP SD, CS or MM module.
- 3 years of experience with documenting business/system requirements.
- Hands on experience with customizing ServiceNow or willing to learn.
- Experience with Service & Repair business processes.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with system validation methodologies
- Experience with SMAX
- Experience with Agile/Design Thinking principles
